Fading Places refines the learnings from both Dami and Falian, and Mescaform Hill with the goal of overcoming the accessibility limitations of Virtual Reality. Over a year, a team consisting primarily of Emily Carr Alumni produced frameworks for interactive comics, accessible across devices via the web and in augmented reality. The project is currently showcased as part of Signals Creative Tech Expo and is scheduled for full release in 2026.
Developed responsive comic framework that rearranges panels to fit comfortably across mobile, tablet and desktop platforms.
Developed Augmented Reality comic framework, enabling location-based XR experiences on mobile hardware.
